Detailed Report Overview

What is on The Perthera Report

How do you read it?

There are seven easy-to-read sections in the Perthera Report

Section 1: Summary

A summary of relevant previous cancer treatments and comorbidities distilled from the patient’s medical records.

Section 2: Multi-Omic Results

A summary of relevant molecular findings distilled from your laboratory tests, including DNA and protein alterations.

Section 3: Summary Recommendations

The suggested guidance of the experts from the molecular tumor board after analyzing the patient’s case.

Section 4: Ranked Therapy

A list of possible monotherapies and drug combinations, prioritized according to their ability to target the patients specific cancer biomarkers.  This information is integrated into a scoring model that combines the patient’s personal history, test results, location, and expert discussion, with the aid of AI and input from the Virtual Molecular Tumor Board.

Score: The therapy’s rank is driven by the patient’s total score and is color coded to indicate if treatment is a standard option, clinical trial or expanded access.

Perthera Scoring Model: The report uses three categories of scoring which are combined to make the total score: Molecular, Disease and Patient.   Scores are calculated as follows:
